Research and knowledge transfer into field of practical appliance, foremost about sustainably quality of work, intermediary actors and identity in organisations in times of change. Interfaculty teaching on the subject matter "Acting socially sustainably in organisations" (General Studies with 4 parts) at the institute of sociology (IfS, department 8) since summer term 2012 in German as well as in English. Accompaniment of scientific qualification papers (Bachelor, Master, PhD).

Academic employee at the Institute for Psychology and Social Research at department 11 of the University of Bremen. Since 1006 as a founding member and counsellor of the psychological consulting firm [translates as] "Transfer unite for management & organisational development at the institute for psychology and social research (T.IPS)". 1998-2011 spokesperson for the academic employees of department 11 in several boards and committees. 2004-2010 founding member and lecturer in the advanced trainings course "Master of leadership and organisational development" for persons already occupied in leadership positions and in cooperation with regional companies. Additionally in 2009 lecturer and examiner at the advanced trainings course for managing staff of day care facilities for children "More than management - leadership responsibility in the elementary sector".
