B2/C1 Certificate English

German Abitur as proof of B2 language competence

You may use your German Abitur certificate as proof of B2 language competence if it expressly states the language level you have achieved, and this level is based on a KMK directive.

It is not possible to use it to demonstrate language competence at C1 level.

B2 certificate English

You can prove you have B2 level of English in one of the following ways

• Gain the UNIcert II certificate at the SZHB
• Take an internationally standardised test and achieve the required level --> List of recognised tests/exams
• Provide proof by way of other certificates --> List of recognised certificates

C1 certificate English

You can prove you have C1 level of English in one of the following ways

• Gain the UNIcert III certificate at the SZHB
• Take an internationally standardised test and achieve the required level --> List of recognised tests/exams
• Provide proof by way of other certificates --> List of recognised certificates
