Registration for German courses

Our German courses are open to the following participants:

Students at public universities in Bremen
ERASMUS/Incoming exchange students enrolled at one of the four public universities in Bremen
Researchers and visiting researchers at public universities in the state of Bremen

We offer semester-long courses at language levels A1.1 to C1.1 of the CEFR.

Online registration for the 2026 summer semester German courses begins on February 23rd, 2026.

It is not possible to register directly for an advanced course. Registration takes place in this case via the link to the placement test. Depending on the result, you will then be booked into the appropriate course.

Don't have any previous knowledge of German? Then register directly for a course at level A1.1.

We kindly ask you to register for only one course.
