Study Conditions at the Start of the Summer Semester
- The University of Bremen usually admits first-year students to bachelor's degree programs in the winter semester. Standard degree curricula, which are included in the examination regulations, are therefore designed for students starting their studies in winter semester. Courses in summer semester are usually aimed at students in their second semester.
- For this reason, starting a degree program in summer semester is usually more individual and requires more flexibility in the course of study. Recommendations and contact persons for planning your studies as well as welcome events for first-year students are published on the Uni-Start-Portal.
- First-year students in summer semester will also receive all important information by email before the start of their studies.
