Hiring a Venue

Venues can be booked for university-related events, such as seminars, and by external parties. Please refer to the website of the Room and Multimedia Scheduling Office for more information and the Forum at Domshof house rules. External parties are charged for hiring a room. Please note that there are no car parking facilities located directly at Forum at Domshof. If you require accessible car parking, please request this when booking your room. Otherwise, you may use the parking garages in the city center. There is a free-of-charge, open-to-all bicycle garage in the basement.

The venues offer flexible capacities when the sliding walls are opened. Rooms 60001, 60002, and 60003 can be connected to accommodate up to 58 people, and rooms 60004 and 60005 can accommodate up to 38 people when used together. A kitchenette is also available. University members can use the internal booking system as usual.

External parties can use the form provided by the Room and Multimedia Scheduling Office.

These rooms are reserved for teaching and university events. University members can use the booking system as usual.
