The ZPA offers you a service center, which is responsible for the degree programs in Faculties 6 to 12 as well as for subjects in teacher education: Here basic or general questions can be clarified in person. However, any content-related questions have to be addressed to the administrative offices in the Faculties.
In the service center you can, among other things:
- Submit bachelor's / master's theses or dissertations
- Submit credit certificates and attendance certificates
- Submit applications (final thesis, recognition of credits, late registration etc.)

We kindly ask you to use this service to reduce waiting times during office opening hours.
Please note that the service center is not able to advise you on matters of program content.
