Thenuka Karunathilake completed his Master's degree in Communication and Information Technology at the University of Bremen, and currently, he is working at the Sustainable Communication Networks department as a Research assistant. His research is focused on Vehicular Networks, specifically in Collective Perception Services, to improve vehicular safety.

Personal Information
Saurabh Band completed his M.Sc. in Embedded Systems, in 2021, at TU Chemnitz. He is currently working as a Research Assistant at Department of Sustainable Communication Networks (ComNets) at University of Bremen. His research interests include Internet of Things (IoT), Wireless Sensor Networks (WSN) and Machine Learning Applications. He is currently working in the direction of Fault Detection and Diagnosis in IoT, where the goal is to enable different components of IoT to self-monitor with help of pattern recognition.

Julia Steiwer is a researcher at ComNets Bremen whose work focuses on water quality monitoring and prediction using IoT and machine learning. She finished her M.Sc. in Marine Sensors at the University of Oldenburg and worked at the BAW in Hamburg before joining ComNets to pursue her PhD.
