Postal voting

Documents must be requested by 26 May 2025 or picked up by 30 May 2025.

Applications to have the voting mail documents sent to you by mail  must be submitted to the Returning Officer (VWG building, room 2190) by 12.00 noon on 26 May 2025. Proof of eligibility must be presented. Students have to present their student ID.

Up to 3.00 pm on 30 May 2025, you can pick up the voting mail documents yourself. Be sure to bring your passport / student ID card with you. The documents can only be picked up personally! Please give notice in advance if possible.

The filled in mail voting slip, together with the ballot slip, must reach the Returning Officer (VWG building, room 2190) in the special mail voting envelope by 3.00 pm latest on the last day of voting (06 June 2025). Further Information can be found in postal voting documents.

Please bear in mind that postal voting documents can be sent out to voters on 19 May 2025 at the earliest. This is due to the deadlines of the election regulations (submission and resolution of the election proposals etc.) and the subsequent printing of the ballot papers.
