Master courses in business psychology
Students gain a basic understanding of thinking and procedures in psychological diagnostics. The focus is not on individual diagnostics, but on diagnostics at the organizational level, the team level, the management process level and the workplace level. Furthermore, students critically examine the methodological requirements for the systematic collection of psychological constructs in an organizational context. Emphasis is placed on the evaluation criteria of test construction as well as the design and assessment of questionnaire items. The course is offered regularly by the field of work Organizational Psychology in the winter semester.
Students critically examine various theories and strategies of entrepreneurial organizations. They gain insights into various organizational theories and their historical developments, as well as differences and similarities between organizational development and change management. One focus of the course is on strategies for sustainable support of organizational change processes. Both work-related learning at the individual level and the learning organization as a whole are considered. The course is offered regularly by the field of work Organizational Psychology in the winter semester.
