Core Guiding Principles of the University of Bremen

Interdisciplinarity, orientation to the practice and social accountability are the decisive factors that shape the University’s guiding principles in the areas of teaching and research. Student Council of Psychology

The student council consists of Bachelor and Master students, who advocate for the interests of their fellow psychology students. In particular, they support the improvement of frameworks and conditions for studying, the consideration of students‘ interests at the University as well as the maintenance and realignment of the Bachelor’s study program in Psychology.

State and University Library

The State and University Library Bremen (SuUB) is the city's largest and oldest academic library in Bremen. As the designated central library of the Free Hanseatic City of Bremen, the SuUB supplies literature to universities and colleges across Bremen and Bremerhaven, while also acting as the state library. Centrally located on the university campus, the SuUB is the main provider of library services to the University of Bremen.
