Call for Abstracts

What is it about: Making mistakes, dealing with them, and avoiding them next time is what all researchers have in common. However, at conferences and in papers only the success stories are shared and virtually no one talks about all the problems and pain on the road to the final set of results.

This 2-day workshop aims at bringing together starters and experienced researchers in the field of applied spectroscopy to share their knowledge and to discuss all the things that can go wrong in the lab and during data processing. This time, the focus topic will be Raman spectroscopy.

Participation: There are no fees to be charged. Coffee/biscuits will be served. Lunch options (~4-10 €) will be available. We will also make arrangements for a joint dinner (starting from ~15-20 €) for those who would like to discuss/network further.

Participants are welcome to submit abstracts (title, authors, 100-200 words) for posters.

Registration: To register and/or submit a poster abstract, send an email to
