AOK tip: don’t go overboard and drink water from time to time. Look out for each other. Skin protection is important during the day, even when the sun is not so bright. Sunburn happens quickly and is dangerous. The AOK Skinwatchers will be on-site with sunscreen and UV tests, and they will have plenty of tips for you regarding skin cancer check-ups.
