Contractual Agreements

Formal cooperation with partners of the University requires contractual design. As a rule, a research and development contract is concluded, but cooperation agreements, user agreements, know-how contracts, letters of intent, confidentiality agreements etc. are also commonplace in the frame of regulating cooperation relationships.

Following due examination by the Legal Department, all contractual agreements concluded by the University have to be signed by the University President or its Director of Administration and Finances.
