Chairs 2019-2025

Eleven international experts started in the U Bremen Excellence Chair program together with U Bremen scientists to set up their own research groups at the university over the next years. Seven Excellence Chairs started in 2019, three of them within the Excellence Cluster The Ocean Floor – Earth‘s Uncharted Interface” at MARUM. 2020 four more Excellence Chairs started their research within this program. All Chairs closely cooperate with colleagues of the University of Bremen. They all supervise doctoral candidates at the university.
