Spezifikationen des Ger?ts

  • Technische Aspkete

The setup has two mapping functions allowing to map the photoluminescence and Raman spectra on a large scale (several centimeters) and a small scale (100 x 100 ?m?, sub-?m steps). Various microscope objective lenses are available for the second mapping option. Furthermore, the entire setup can be adapted to individual needs, giving rise to the name "FlexPL". A multitude of optics (filters, polarizers, waveplates, etc.) can be added to the beam path to ensure best spectroscopic results. High resolution but also overview photoluminescence spectra can be obtained in a spectral range of 360 - 950 nm (CCD and poit-detector detection). Therefore, various excitation sources are available (e.g., 266 nm). Raman spectra can be acquired with a 561 nm or 660 nm laser. The setup is build in a "microscope configuration", allowing for an imaging of most sample surfaces by light microscopy.

Depending on the outcome of the measurements with the FlexPL system, there is always the possibility to transition towards other spectroscopic equipment of the RG Callsen based on a collaboration.
