Rainer Malaka
Prof. Dr. Rainer Malaka is a professor for Digital Media at the University of Bremen. He is Managing Director of the Center for Computing Technologies (Technologie-Zentrum Informatik und Informationstechnik, TZI) and Director of the PhD program Empowering Digital Media that is funded by the Klaus Tschira foundation. He was a member of a collaborative research center (CRC/SFB) on autonomous logistics and is a member of the CEC/SFB EASE ?Everyday Activity Science and Engineering“ at the University of Bremen. His research focus is on multimodal interaction, language understanding, entertainment computing, and artificial intelligence.
