The mechanisms of the EU: focus on decision-making processes

This course provides basic knowledge about the functioning of decision-making processes in the European Union. Participants will gain a comprehensive overview of the structures and mechanisms behind the decisions of the EU institutions.

Overview

During the course, participants will acquire knowledge and develop a deeper understanding of the EU's decision-making processes in general. Various explanatory approaches are presented in order to understand the interaction of different actors in the complex multi-level European decision-making processes. The aim is to enable participants to better understand and analyse the dynamics within the EU.

Learning outcomes
