Since September, 2018 Philip Kerner is Scientific employee at the working group of Prof. Dr. Jutta Günther at the University of Bremen. He studied Economics at the University of Bremen (B. Sc. 2015) and Quantitative Economics at Kiel University (CAU) (M. Sc. 2018). As a part of his doctorate, which he completed in 2023, he dealt with different empirical questions relating to the notion of green technical change.
