Enquete Commission "Climate Protection Strategy for the Federal State of Bremen"
Jutta Günther has been a permanent member of the Enquete Commission "Climate Protection Strategy for the Federal State of Bremen" as a scientific expert since April 2020. The committee consists of 18 members - half of whom are members of the Bremen Parliament and half scientific experts - who will develop strategies and concrete measures to achieve the climate policy goals in the State of Bremen by October 2021. On 15 May 2020, the President of the Bremen Parliament, Frank Imhoff, opened the first constituent meeting of the Enquete Commission. The upcoming sessions will deal with questions of structural change, transformation in energy supply, urban development, new mobility concept, food and agriculture, as well as educational issues and social participation.
