Our office will be closed from December 23rd through January 5th. You can contact us normally via mail and telephone.
Single point of contact for IT problems for all departments, for academic and administrative staff and, to a limited extent, for students.
Our services:
- Account management
- Administration and troubleshooting of administrative computers
- Support for scientific computers if there is no departmental technician available
- Solving hardware issues, for example with printers
- Setup and maintenance of Wifi and VPN
- If you are working from home, some services might be unavailable for you
