Master Mathematics
Unlike many other mathematics degree courses, this Master's program is designed to be flexible and students can choose between two options. In the theory-oriented way, students deal with mathematical topics at the cutting edge of research within the framework of the special teaching format of reading courses, among other things. The application-oriented variant offers students to study an additional subject, such as biology, chemistry, electrical engineering, geosciences, computer science, philosophy, physics, production engineering, or economics. Whichever variant you choose, in both you will specialize in one of the mathematical fields of algebra, analysis, numerics or statistic/stochastic.
