Following a speech of the Dean Prof. Dr. S?nke Florian Gerhold and a welcoming address of the Senator for Justice and the Constitution Dr. Claudia Schilling, the graduates were presented with the Ph.D. certificates.

Dr. Monika Beckmann-Petey  presented the thesis award donated by the law firm LOYFORT to this year's award winner, Dr. Sebastian Hapka.

Musical accompaniment of the event was provided by Leander Kippenberg. He started his studies in music at the Frankfurt University of Music and Performic Arts at the at early age of 15 and has played as chammber and orchestra musician in some of the most renowned European concert halls.

The Faculty congratulates the Ph.D. graduates and wishes them every success in their future careers.

The ceremony ended with a delicious buffet and pleasant conversations in the upper Town Hall.
