After work in different administrative positions (Federal government, federal states, municipalities and in local administration in Pittsburgh / USA and in Corinto / Nicaragua) 2003 - 2020 State Councillor for Finances in Bremen. Doctorate from the German University of Administrative Sciences Speyer in 2023, Honorary Professor of Administrative Sciences and eGovernment at Bremen University of Applied Sciences in 2023, Head of the Institute for Digital Participation (together with Prof. Dr. Tannert and Dr. Irmhild Rogalla).
