Registration and fees

The registration fee includes: 

• Your attendance at the conference
• Beverages and sweet snacks during the coffee breaks
• A lunch snack on the last day of the conference (Friday, March 3, 2023).

Unfortunately, due to financial planning constraints, we are not able to offer a discount for early registrations.

The cost of attending the conference dinner is not included in the conference fee. There is an additional charge of €60 plus VAT (= €71.40) for this. Discounts are not possible.

The following cancellation policies apply to conference attendance and the conference dinner:

• Cancellation by 15.11.2022: A refund of the paid fees is possible subject to the deduction of a 20 Euro cancellation fee.
• Cancellation after 15.11.2022: A refund of the paid fees is unfortunately no longer possible due to financial planning constraints.
• Cancellation after a letter of invitation for a visa application has been issued: We regret that a refund of the paid fees is no longer possible in this case.

For participants who need a letter of invitation for a visa application, the following rules apply:

• Please register online for the conference.
• Pay the conference fees in full.
• Upon receipt of payment, we will issue you a letter of invitation to present to the German Embassy.
• The invitation is valid for the period of the conference plus two days each for arrival and departure.
• Canceling your participation in the conference or receiving a refund of fees paid is unfortunately no longer possible after a letter of invitation has been issued.
