About the Mobile Space

The Mobile Space is a unique, functional artwork designed to facilitate the exchange of expertise and experiences related to working, studying, and living in Bremen.

Event Schedule

The Mobile Space will be on Campus Boulevard from 14:00 to 15:00 in September offering the following events:

 

12th September: Coffee and Conversation

A networking event for international DAAD scholarship holders at the University of Bremen.
An opportunity to connect, share experiences, and build valuable networks with other PhDs and PostDocs @ Uni Bremen.

17th September: Peering into Peer Review with Paula Cabezas

Gain insights into the journal peer review process with expert Paula Cabezas.

Paula Cabezas has researched the peer review process of academic journals and worked as an editorial assistant at an academic journal. She specializes in the analysis of the pitch and the pitch deck texts used in accelerators programs. Currently, she is a PhD student researching the multimodal characteristics of the pitch deck.

19th September: WAGES Gender Equity Simulation Game

 Participate in an interactive game to learn about unconscious bias and how to address it, while connecting with others.
