15 years of the Deutschlandstipendium
In the 2025/2026 academic year, the Deutschlandstipendium will celebrate its 15th anniversary at the University of Bremen
In 2011, the time had come: the first Deutschlandstipendien were awarded. The University of Bremen got off to a promising start back then: 76 scholarships were awarded to talented and committed students, funded by 34 sponsors. Since then, just under 1,800 scholarships have been awarded – 15 years, 1,800 opportunities!
